I too have been on a search for clarity for much of my life and it has taken me on many healing journeys: discovering the power of focused breathing, through sacred music and chanting, and through the exploration of many healing arts around the world.

I offer you here the many fruits of my journey--my healing music, the depth of my presence with Clarity Breathwork, and my experienced facilitation of individual and group sessions, workshops and retreats.

I have come to believe deeply that healing occurs naturally by opening the heart and releasing what is no longer true for us. Our natural state of clarity comes more easily to those who know the secrets of their breath and their inner world.
